General Policy

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, all earrings that require piercings and products modified to ear clips are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Eligible Items: All other products can be returned or exchanged under the conditions outlined below.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • 3-Day Unconditional Returns/Exchanges:

    • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless the product has a quality defect or an incorrect item was sent.
    • A CAD 5 restocking fee will be charged for each return or exchange, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.
    • For exchanges, any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
  • 30-Day Quality Issue Returns:

    • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product due to quality issues.
    • Customers must provide photo or video evidence of the quality issue via email.
    • Approved quality issue returns will not incur the CAD 5 restocking fee, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the request is submitted after 3 days.
    • If the quality issue is reported within 3 days, customers do not need to pay any fees.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Items must be free of scratches, damage, or visible signs of wear and tear unless returning for quality issues.
  • Returns must include all product packaging. If the packaging is damaged or missing, the cost will be deducted from the refund or reflected in the exchange difference.

Process

  1. Submit Request: Email your return or exchange request to muguetselection@gmail.com with the following details:
    • Order Number: Your order number.
    • Contact Information: Your email address and phone number.
    • Name: Your name.
    • Service Needed: Specify if you need a return or an exchange.
    • Reason: State the reason for return or exchange (quality issue, incorrect item, dislike, or other reasons).
    • Evidence: Attach photos or videos as evidence if applicable.
  2. Approval and Instructions: Upon approval, we will provide specific return or exchange instructions.
  3. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days, minus any applicable fees.
  4. Confirmation: Customers will receive a confirmation email once their return has been processed.

Gift Returns

  • If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, please contact us for special instructions.

International Returns

  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or additional fees.

Exceptions

  • Items intentionally damaged or broken by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
  • Customers engaging in suspicious or repeated returns may be deemed to be engaging in malicious purchasing behavior and will be ineligible for refunds.

By placing an order and completing the payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of our return and exchange policy.
